RepairAll, a California mobile phone repair chain that grew from a couple locations in 2017 to 14 stores, faced challenges with inconsistent customer communication and poor local search rankings that hurt review volume and visibility. Podium implemented Messenger and Reviews across RepairAll’s locations, enabling 25% of customers to receive in‑store text review invites and 75% to receive them the next day, while giving managers and the owner centralized visibility into conversations. As a result, RepairAll got more Google reviews in one month than in the previous year, jumped from roughly 20th to 8th in local search, increased sales by about 5% on ~$5M annual revenue, and saved at least $3,000 per month in marketing — outcomes driven by Podium’s tools and simpler team adoption.
