Vodafone, a telecommunications service provider, needed to improve business communication productivity by making it easy to find the right contacts and establishing a solid, accessible communication channel with online and offline directory access. Pobuca delivered a Vodafone-branded Contacts List app (a Vodafone edition of the Pobuca application) to meet these requirements.

Pobuca integrated the Contacts List with Vodafone’s Greece infrastructure, created a dedicated website, applied Vodafone branding and replaced automated messages with Vodafone-branded ones. The solution enabled Vodafone to sell Contacts List licenses (Core & Upgrades) as a new revenue stream, raise ARPU through increased smartphone usage, reach additional employees outside its network, and improve customer satisfaction, loyalty and competitive differentiation.
