Everview, formerly known as OSG, is a financial services company that wanted to expand its digital capabilities by adding interactive voice response (IVR) payment processing. Working with Plum Voice and its Plum Fuse product, the company set out to build a flexible IVR channel that could support different clients and payment workflows.

Plum Voice helped Everview create a multi-language IVR payment system using Fuse and Professional Services, including cloning and customizing applications for new customers. The result was a fast, repeatable deployment process with about 90% of new business deals now IVR-enabled, and IVR automation reduced manual labor requirements by 80% for some processes.
