Payment Processing Company partnered with Plum Voice when one of its largest clients requested a voice payment option for consumers. The company needed a PCI-compliant, hosted solution that could be built quickly with simple APIs, and also wanted a platform that could support future outbound notifications and SMS messaging. Using Plum Voice, the company built and deployed its voice payment application in about three months, with the development team completing the first version in roughly a month and finishing testing in the next month.
