IronRoad faced a complex business model, an entirely paper-based manual enrollment process, heavy coordination across departments, and the operational strain of open enrollment seasons.

PlanSource implemented a flexible, customizable benefits platform (deployed across IronRoad’s clients in 2017) that automated enrollment and added built-in reporting and centralized data.
