To address these issues, Strategic Materials chose PlanSource for a full benefits outsourcing solution, including a benefits administration upgrade, an employee contact center, benefits billing and reconciliation, COBRA administration, and a dedicated account manager.

PlanSource implemented the outsourced program and delivered measurable results: an employer HSA contribution was added, three new MetLife worksite products (Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity) were launched with 25% of employees enrolling in critical illness in year one, the 401(k) match and vesting schedule were improved, and more than 50% of employees completed enrollment via the PlanSource contact center—reducing administrative workload and improving service.
