PlanSource implemented an end-to-end online benefits platform with configurable workflows, mobile-friendly shopping and enrollment, an educational video library, and BambooHR integration with SSO. As a result, The CORE Group reports 2 hours saved per new hire, 30 minutes saved per life-event change, 50% of employees enrolled within the first two days of open enrollment, and weeks of HR time saved—along with fewer employee questions and reduced broker dependency.
