THRIVE Learning, a fast-growing UK-based learning and skills SaaS platform, faced difficulty tracking Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and getting a clear view of customer health because Hubspot wasn’t working as a CRM for existing customers. Leadership wanted a tool that could integrate Hubspot data, surface health scores, and make customer experience visible and actionable across every department — and so THRIVE turned to the Planhat customer platform.
Planhat integrated with Hubspot and was rolled out (eight-week implementation) with company-wide access, enabling health scores, playbooks, dashboards and cross-team workflows for sales, marketing, customer ops, success and management. The result: smooth NRR tracking, earlier identification of at-risk customers and lower churn, a 24% increase in license upsells year-over-year, and reduced tech stack and licensing costs (e.g., replacing Zoho and shifting Zendesk users) thanks to Planhat’s versatility and pricing model.
