Righetti Partner Group (RPG) is a Swiss construction management firm (about 20 people) that specialises in reconstruction and full lifecycle projects. The company struggled with a paper‑based workflow—hundreds of printed plans, hand‑written reports and fragmented communication via Excel and email—which caused version‑control errors, slow reporting, inconsistent issue tracking and a heavy administrative burden that risked disputes with partners and clients.
