The company relied on paper A1 plans and handwritten incident forms across shows with up to 2,000 stands and a 20+ person onsite team, and earlier attempts at shared PDFs were hampered by unreliable venue internet, duplication of work and slow reporting.

In January 2018 AbraxysGlobal rolled out PlanGrid, uploading stand plans, technical floorplans and event regulations to team devices so staff had offline access, tagged locations and could file date‑stamped reports with photos in real time.
