O’Mahony Pike Architects, a Dublin-based commercial architecture firm, needed a reliable way to meet Ireland’s BCAR regulations requiring tracked inspection records for up to 12 years. Their prior workflow—photos, Excel reports, and a standalone iPad app that exported files to Dropbox—created version-control headaches, forced inspectors to work sequentially or all together on site, and caused communication errors and handover delays that limited growth.
