SAM Drylining is a specialist subcontractor in the Rhondda Valley, Wales, focused on suspended ceilings and partitions for hospitals, schools and offices. The company relied on paper for site drawings, change notices and compliance records, which created communication breakdowns between sites and the head office, delayed commercial reporting, cost the business entitlement to payments, and left the firm exposed to compliance risks.
