How Sobha Hartland Improved Site Collaboration and Productivity with Digital Construction Project Management

Sobha Hartland, a Dubai division of the Sobha Group known for high-end, detail-driven real estate developments, needed to maintain uncompromising quality across a large mixed-use community while overcoming inefficient paper-based workflows. Their challenges included poor site collaboration, lost or delayed information from handwritten notes and emails, difficulty sharing drawings and specs, tracking performance, and quickly onboarding new workers.

The team piloted PlanGrid (Autodesk Construction Cloud) on the Hartland International School and rapidly scaled it across projects, closing 2,760 issue stamps and capturing 7,375 photos during the pilot. PlanGrid created a single source of truth, reduced emails and paper usage, improved real-time access to drawings, standardized inspections, sped up onboarding, and boosted onsite productivity and performance tracking—helping Sobha Hartland preserve its promise of uncompromising quality.
