Rosendin implemented Autodesk Build as a common data environment, piloting it across projects and using templates, forms, and checklists to standardize capture and review. With Autodesk Bridge to share files with GCs, the team now has one source of truth, enabling faster access to up-to-date information, fewer handoff issues, reduced rework and safety risk, and measurable improvements to schedule and overall project quality.
