How NVIDIA and Devcon Built a Cutting-Edge Workspace

NVIDIA teamed with Bay Area contractor Devcon to build Endeavor, a 500,000 sq. ft. open-office corporate campus with a massive central atrium. The fast‑track, design‑build project generated thousands of drawing revisions and required a hyper‑collaborative workflow, but paper prints and clumsy PDF/mobile apps made it hard for field teams to reliably work from the current set.

Devcon implemented PlanGrid for its speed, simple mobile UX, automatic linking, offline use and attachments, bringing owners, GC, subs and consultants onto a single live set. The result: faster, more accurate field coordination (documents reach the field 3x faster), dramatic paper reduction (225 lb set vs. a 1 lb tablet), broad adoption across the team (215 users and growing), and the ability to manage thousands of drawing sheets and ongoing updates through construction and handover.
