With multiple firms sharing files across different environments, the project risked duplicated work, data silos, and unclear handoffs—so Barton Malow needed a single source of truth to support an integrated design-build delivery.

The firm standardized on Autodesk Construction Cloud, creating a centralized project repository, a playbook for folder structure and permissions, and automated Bridges to sync partner instances while preserving file ownership. With roughly 300 team members using the platform, 2,800+ Bridges between instances and 4,800+ documents closed, the solution eliminated silos, sped collaboration through the Issues tool and automations, simplified turnovers, and reinforced Barton Malow’s Lean goals.
