Millennium Care, a family-run group of seven care homes in northwest England, needed a more user-friendly way to manage staff rotas, time tracking, communications, and payroll across around 350 employees. As a result, Millennium Care improved visibility and consistency across homes, reduced admin follow-up, and saved Julie Leach around half a day per month per care home on payroll work plus a few hours each week on rota publishing—adding up to about four days saved every month overall.
