Pitney Bowes implemented the cloud-based SendSuite Tracking Online service with barcode technology and handheld devices to electronically log receipts, capture signatures and track each hand-off; its batching feature lets staff scan multiple parcels at once and sign once. The result was an immediate productivity uplift: faster, more accurate logging, improved traceability (staff can now search by sender to see who signed and when), fewer errors, and reclaimed time for core projects.
