Pitney Bowes’ solution integrated school catchment areas, assigned elementary/middle/high schools, boundary maps and school demographic and performance data directly into search results and maps, using data from more than 12,000 school districts. The integration makes it easy for users to see when neighboring homes belong to different schools, lets buyers search by schools of choice, and has increased the site’s value to users—helping boost traffic and giving the Leading Real Estate Web Portal a competitive advantage.
