Pitney Bowes implemented Confirm (and the mobile ConfirmConnect) to centralize Amey’s asset register, schedule maintenance, dispatch assignments to field teams, and deliver customizable dashboards and reports for real‑time decision making. The solution improved Amey’s visibility of required management and maintenance tasks, enhanced communication of schedules with field workers, and strengthened reporting to customers—raising customer confidence and satisfaction and enabling Amey to roll the system out to more complex assets such as bridges and tunnels.
