As a result, PlanetShoes saw international return rates fall dramatically (international returns are 75% lower than U.S. returns), conversion rates nearly doubled, Canadian sales became profitable, negative feedback disappeared, and the company successfully expanded into dozens more countries with traffic doubling in many markets.
