Security First Insurance, a privately owned Florida home insurer with more than 250,000 policyholders, needed a way to make dense, jargon-filled homeowners policies understandable and to differentiate on customer experience. To do this they partnered with Pitney Bowes and its EngageOne Video solution to pilot a personalized interactive video that explains coverage, limits and terms in consumer-friendly language.
Pitney Bowes delivered a fully branded, seven‑minute personalized interactive video in three months and Security First emailed 52,000 links—achieving a 55% open rate and 76% of those viewers watching at least four minutes (about double typical engagement). The Pitney Bowes solution increased customer understanding, boosted engagement with the company’s portal and blog, reinforced brand identity, and enabled rapid content changes for disaster response while expanding to condo and renter segments.
