Pitney Bowes consolidated B-Source Outline’s workflow by replacing eight legacy inserters with three Pitney Bowes multichannel systems (two Mailstream Evolution and one Mailstream Productivity with Print+ Messenger), adding inline shredding, a precision inline scale and integrated Mailstream software. The Pitney Bowes solution delivered zero-defect accuracy, industry-leading security and regulatory compliance, enabled new private-banking clients, cut operating costs significantly (clients can save up to 300%), increased operational efficiency by about 200% and has supported 30–40% annual growth.
