SeoTuners is an Agoura Hills–based digital marketing and SEO agency that had been managing contacts, projects and financials with Excel spreadsheets and Outlook. With a need for a more structured, centralized system—and a sales and marketing manager familiar with PipelineDeals—the company sought a CRM that could replace spreadsheets while remaining easy for staff to adopt.
