How Tempo Assist Gave Their Employees Efficiency with Pipefy

Tempo Assist, Brazil’s largest specialized services company, wanted to improve digital efficiency across its operations and employee routines. It relied on email and spreadsheets for many internal processes, including a manual Accounts Payable to Vendors flow with around six thousand requests a month, and its previous process management tool was too inflexible for business teams to make changes without IT.

Tempo Assist began using Pipefy in April 2021 to give business teams a more flexible way to manage workflows, standardize processes, and automate repetitive tasks with RPA. With Pipefy, the company moved around 70 processes onto the platform, reached 230 employees across six departments, automated 7% of its Pipefy-managed processes, and handled over 230 thousand demands in March 2022, while also processing over 8 thousand vendor payments monthly.
