How Software Service Provider Ateliware improved internal communication and project management with Pipefy

Ateliware, a full‑stack software service provider based in Curitiba, Brazil, faced fragmented internal communication, weak process controls and limited reporting that made customer onboarding, task tracking and activity reporting difficult. To solve this, they adopted Pipefy’s workflow management platform—starting with internal processes and then extending Pipes to manage each customer project—to create standardized workflows, capture context around tasks, and gather the metrics they previously lacked.

Using Pipefy, Ateliware built a Pipe per project, invited customers into those Pipes, centralized task cards and implemented rules, reports and templates; they also used the Pipefy API to integrate with Power BI and Sherclock for advanced analytics and time tracking. The result, according to Ateliware, was faster approvals and response times, higher accountability, improved internal admin flows, stronger reporting (including cumulative flow charts and custom reports) and a notable increase in productivity with reduced time to complete tasks—enabling projects to be delivered within estimated due dates.
