How Magazine Luiza creates 3 thousand Marketing assets per month with Pipefy

Magazine Luiza (Magalu), a major Brazilian retailer with more than 1,100 stores and a large digital ecosystem, needed to manage its Design and Branding Studio that produces and approves over 3,000 marketing assets per month. The Studio worked with 62 daily stakeholders and an external agency handling 85% of production, but tasks were decentralized across eight boards, briefings were often incomplete (47%), and delays and rework were frequent — so Magazine Luiza turned to Pipefy to centralize workflows.

Pipefy implemented Pipefy Marketing request forms with mandatory fields, automated card movements, labeling and prioritization, and integrations that consolidated the operation from eight boards to two. As a result, incomplete briefings dropped from 47% to 31%, automated actions increased fivefold (from 3,800 to 16,400 per semester), and the Studio now efficiently manages ~3,000 assets per month with organized data for reporting; Magazine Luiza is expanding Pipefy into other departments.
