How Loja Elétrica Implemented Digital Transformation in Over 9 Departments

Loja Elétrica, Brazil’s largest electric materials distributor with over 50k products, 1,400 employees and 20 stores, faced a broken digital backbone: a legacy ERP that couldn’t manage internal processes, heavy reliance on email and paperwork, decentralized and unmeasurable workflows, and low productivity.
