How Lacoste Automates Reimbursement Requests

Lacoste, the global fashion brand, needed a faster and more reliable way to handle reimbursement requests as its e-commerce business grew. Before Pipefy, the process relied on email, spreadsheets, printed documents, and physical signatures, making it difficult for the finance team to track requests and keep customer reimbursements on schedule.

Pipefy helped Lacoste digitize and standardize the reimbursement workflow across Customer Support, Fiscal, Accounting, and Accounts Payable using forms and automated process steps. After implementation in February 2020, Lacoste said it processed around 1,300 reimbursement requests via bank slip in 2020, cut average reimbursement time from around 45 days to 20 days, and saved over 1,000 hours of manual labor without increasing headcount.
