How GPA House tripled their marketing deliveries with Pipefy

GPA House, the in-house marketing team at GPA, struggled to manage asset requests across email, WhatsApp, and another workflow tool. Incomplete briefings, scattered information, and limited visibility made it hard to keep up with deadlines, especially during busy periods like Black Friday.

GPA House adopted Pipefy to centralize requests, standardize forms, and automate task routing. With Pipefy, the team more than doubled licenses within six months, increased briefings from 163 in August 2019 to 520 in August 2022, and raised delivered pieces from 675 to 2,017. Black Friday briefings managed rose 90%, and asset delivery peaked at approximately 80%.
