CNH Industrial, a global manufacturer with over 60,000 employees, faced a fragmented People Ops environment in which more than 15 disparate systems created slow approvals, manual rework, lost information, and a poor employee experience. To modernize their Talent Flow initiative and centralize HR workflows — from position requests and recruiting to onboarding and payroll — CNH selected Pipefy as the platform to replace paper and point solutions.
Pipefy implemented a single, configurable platform with Pipefy Forms, no-code automations and API integrations to orchestrate end-to-end HR processes and enable employee self-service. The result: over 100 active HR processes running in Pipefy, 2.2K+ hours saved per month (equivalent to 22.5 full-time employees), faster approvals and hiring pipelines, and consolidated visibility and storage across the People Ops organization.
