Four Seasons built a main Pinterest account plus individual profiles for each property, used the Save button, Rich Pins and Pinterest Analytics, promoted Pinterest across email and site, and launched Pin.Pack.Go — a concierge co-curation program. The strategy drove major engagement and traffic gains: a 1000% increase in daily average visitors and a 1700% increase in daily clicks from Pinterest, a 525% rise in main-account followers, 900% more daily saves, a 600% increase in Pins from fourseasons.com, and campaign social referrals up over 60%.
