Grant Thornton Limited, the Channel Islands member firm of Grant Thornton International Limited, wanted to reduce admin-heavy recruitment processes and improve the candidate experience as its workforce grew. With Pinpoint, Grant Thornton introduced automated interview scheduling, a branded careers site, a simple one-page application process, self-managed social recruitment advertising, and easy-to-use reporting and scorecards. The result was significantly reduced recruitment admin, faster and more professional candidate communication, and a smoother internal process for hiring teams. Training took just over an hour, the system was fully adopted within five weeks, and the People & Culture team saved hours each week.
