Pinpoint implemented a new ATS for Kempinski in under 30 days, giving the team a centralized platform with templates, reporting, automated interview scheduling, talent pools, referrals, and adaptable career sites. With Pinpoint, Kempinski launched 500+ jobs, reached 750 applications per day and 30,000+ applications overall, and now has 1,000+ active users a month, with hiring managers working inside the ATS instead of around it.
