citizenM, the global hospitality brand, needed a better way to handle high-volume hiring across 36 hotels and two support offices. With Pinpoint, citizenM automated workflows, streamlined communication, and centralized hiring from careers site to application to internal management. The results were significant: time to hire dropped by as much as 65%, including one role falling from 80 days to 25 days in six months, while candidate experience improved and interview scheduling became faster and more efficient. Pinpoint also helped citizenM keep hiring manager access organized and GDPR compliant, and provided reporting to continuously improve hiring performance.
