Diebold Nixdorf faced the challenge of unifying its legacy companies and transforming its business to an XaaS model. The customer needed to enable more efficient maintenance of its product releases and updates, so it turned to vendor Pierce Washington for a solution involving CPQ and integration expertise.

Pierce Washington provided CPQ and integration expertise for the existing implementation, assisting with the rollout of a new software pricing structure and subscription model. The vendor led design sessions for new BOM and JET UI functionality and helped with requirements for a newly acquired business. This resulted in the successful go-live and relaunch of enhanced CPQ instances, which integrated with Salesforce and Oracle EBS R12.
