HDFC Bank, one of Asia’s leading private banks, needed a faster, more consistent way to manage recruitment analytics across a vast network of branches and stakeholders. Its talent acquisition team struggled with high vacancy volumes, slow report generation, manual SAP data extraction and cleaning, and delayed decisions caused by a lack of timely, personalized insights. Using Phrazor’s reporting automation platform, HDFC Bank was able to turn complex SAP data into easy-to-read, narrative-based reports and deliver personalized insights to more than 600 stakeholders at scale.
