Fidelity Leverages Phrazor to Optimize Customized Reporting at Scale

Fidelity, a privately owned investment management firm, needed a faster and more reliable way to produce large volumes of fixed income and equity fund reports for US, UK, and India markets. Its small global in-house center team was manually creating reports in Excel and Word under strict standards and tight monthly and quarterly deadlines, making scale, accuracy, and standardization difficult. Phrazor provided an automated reporting solution to address this challenge.

Phrazor was deployed on-premise within Fidelity’s firewalls and used natural language generation to parse fund data, apply fund- and asset-class-specific reporting logic, and generate reports in Fidelity’s existing template format. The result was end-to-end automation of reporting, with reports generated in 08–12 seconds, 1,800 man-hours saved, and 100% automation that reduced manual effort, improved accuracy, and helped Fidelity deliver timely reports even during peak periods.
