SEGA Networks - Customer Case Story

SEGA Networks, the mobile-games division of SEGA known for franchises like Sonic and Kingdom Conquest distributed in over 150 countries, needed to run continuous, fast-turnaround multilingual localization across a mix of in-house and external project managers and translators. Their challenge was providing a single, secure environment to share resources, coordinate work and monitor contractor performance in real time.

Since 2014 they’ve used Memsource Enterprise to create projects instantly from source files and give all team members access to a shared workspace. The platform enabled real-time oversight, on-the-fly coordination and reliable resource sharing, speeding up localization cycles and improving collaboration between internal and external teams.
