Moravia, founded in 1990 and headquartered in Brno with 600+ employees and production centers in Brno, Nanjing and Rosario, is one of the world’s largest language service providers, offering translation into over 120 languages. Facing a client request for a cloud-based solution to handle project handoffs/handbacks, tracking and related tasks, Moravia wanted to drive Memsource functionality from within its proprietary project management system to avoid duplicating project-creation, upload and word-count work.

Moravia integrated Memsource Cloud in under two months, leveraging its open APIs, online and web editors, and automation; Memsource quickly added a few additional API calls on request. Vendors now use Moravia’s PM system for project tasks while linguists work in Memsource editors; the platform has processed more than 60,000 jobs, handled large file imports and translation memories, earned positive feedback, and is being expanded to include custom MT and QA—becoming a core technology for agile client support and growth.
