TT Automotive needed a better way to analyze customer and product sales data after finding Autopart’s built-in EMI and EMI+ tools cumbersome and limited. Phocas provided the business intelligence and sales analysis solution, giving TT Automotive a more effective way to understand what was selling, what wasn’t, and to get a fuller view of the business.
Phocas implemented a web-based, user-friendly analytics platform with daily data updates, dashboards, budgeting, filtering, and exportable reports. TT Automotive said Phocas made analysis “mega-quick,” helped strip out surcharge and core data, and supported better business tracking and accountability; the customer reported being glad they switched and would recommend Phocas.
