Loeb implemented Epicor Data Analytics (EDA) powered by Phocas, integrated with its Epicor Eclipse ERP, giving sales, IT and management a single analytics platform. Daily users now leverage custom dashboards, historical analysis, an override-tracking feature and SQL-connected homegrown systems to spot trends, compare store performance, create “aha” insights for sales, and improve visibility into orders, margins and customer movements—driving better decision-making and operational adaptability.
