Hairhouse Warehouse is an Australian hair and beauty retailer with more than 130 salons offering products and services nationwide. When it migrated from an old POS to NetSuite in 2016, the business faced a major challenge: maintaining access to legacy data and consolidating old and new systems so teams could still run timely, flexible reports during the transition.
