As a result, SEI® saw 1,500 internal applications in three months, doubled new hires, enabled one recruiter to fill over 200 roles in a year (versus 30–40 previously), and substantially reduced agency spend—demonstrating measurable talent mobility and cost savings driven by Phenom.
