Phenom implemented an intelligent career site, CRM-driven recruiting workflows and a Talent Marketplace that surfaces internal opportunities, career pathing, gigs and learning recommendations. As a result, SEI® saw 1,500 internal applications in three months, doubled new hires, enabled one recruiter to fill over 200 roles in a year (versus 30–40 previously), and substantially reduced agency spend—demonstrating measurable talent mobility and cost savings driven by Phenom.
