Phenom implemented a personalized career site, a streamlined multi‑language apply flow, Talent CRM with AI and automations, chatbot and campaigns, and SAP SuccessFactors integration. As a result, time to apply fell from 20 minutes to 4 minutes (an 80% reduction), UCB added 15,128 new candidate profiles in one quarter (14,216 from Phenom sources, ~93%), achieved a 78% conversion rate of leads to applicants, improved pipeline visibility, and lowered reliance on agencies—helping accelerate the six‑drug launch.
