Stanford Health Care partnered with Phenom to improve the candidate experience on its career site and help recruiters manage the high volume of questions and applications, especially for nursing roles in a competitive hiring market. The organization wanted a more personalized, efficient way to engage candidates and simplify the application journey.
Using Phenom’s chatbot, Stanford Health Care enabled site-wide candidate support, job matching, partial-apply recovery, and FAQ handling, with chatbot-to-CRM integration for targeted follow-up. The results included 35,000 unique visits, 11,000+ candidate leads, 12,000 apply clicks, and a quarter of a million interactions since the January relaunch, while support tickets dropped from about 50 per week to just one or two.
