RentPath, a leading digital marketing company for apartment and housing search, needed to boost employer brand recognition and find a way to identify, capture, and engage both active and passive candidates visiting their career site. Their talent acquisition team of seven searched for a solution that delivered an intuitive candidate experience and an easy recruiter workflow, and selected Phenom’s Talent Experience Management (TXM) platform—including the Phenom CRM and Phenom CMS.

Phenom implemented an AI-driven career site with the Phenom CRM and CMS to centralize leads, personalize candidate experiences, and enable easy content updates and nurture campaigns. As a result, RentPath captured 53,696 candidates in the CRM and within 90 days achieved a 580% increase in leads from campaigns, a 246% increase in applications from campaigns, and 962 applications from 87 jobs posted; the career site also drew 10,890 visitors (78% new). The Phenom solution reduced tool fragmentation, sped recruiter workflows, and included dedicated customer success support.
