Phenom implemented the TXM platform—deploying a branded Phenom career site, CMS, CRM, personalized apply flows and campaign tools—and integrated with NFI’s ATS environments in under 60 days. The results were dramatic: Phenom helped NFI drive a 328% increase in driver job leads within 90 days, plus a 185% increase in apply clicks, 297% growth in job seeker traffic, 7,566 new applications, and 1,430 new job seekers from campaigns, while giving recruiters real-time analytics and faster screening capabilities.
