Phenom implemented an integrated career site, chatbot, CRM, SMS campaigns and university recruiting tools, enabling targeted outreach and realtime analytics. The impact was substantial: Mercy ran 160+ campaigns in a year, saw career site traffic rise nearly 500%, recorded 1M job seekers and 3M job views, and achieved chatbot apply conversion of 72% (61% from mobile). One events campaign (5 minutes to set up) reached 625 people, produced 40 registrants and 7 hires, while Mercy’s best campaign saw 12K job seekers with 69% clicking “apply”—all enabled by Phenom.
