The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society faced the challenge of attracting mission-driven talent as a nonprofit that can’t compete on salary alone: their career site lacked depth and analytics, and recruiters needed a CRM to source and engage passive candidates. To address this, LLS chose Phenom and its Phenom Intelligent Talent Experience platform, including Phenom Career Site and CMS, Phenom CRM, and the Phenom Chatbot, to better showcase their employer value proposition and provide recruiters with the tools and data they lacked.
Phenom implemented a revamped, AI-powered career site, an integrated CRM for personalized outreach, and a chatbot that feeds leads directly into the CRM; together these changes cut time-to-accept from about 70–80 days to roughly 50 days (a 38% decrease), generated approximately 350 new CRM profiles in six months via the chatbot, increased the volume of well-informed qualified candidates, and delivered analytics for better ad spend and DE&I outreach. Phenom’s solution gave LLS measurable improvements in hiring velocity, candidate quality, and recruiter productivity.
