The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society faced the challenge of attracting mission-driven talent as a nonprofit that can’t compete on salary alone: their career site lacked depth and analytics, and recruiters needed a CRM to source and engage passive candidates. Phenom implemented a revamped, AI-powered career site, an integrated CRM for personalized outreach, and a chatbot that feeds leads directly into the CRM; together these changes cut time-to-accept from about 70–80 days to roughly 50 days (a 38% decrease), generated approximately 350 new CRM profiles in six months via the chatbot, increased the volume of well-informed qualified candidates, and delivered analytics for better ad spend and DE&I outreach.
